Hey guys. My Depression is dysthemia/ADD/anxiety. I seem to be lowest in norepinephrine but also in serotonin. I take St. John's Wort, which helps a little, and L-tyrosine that helps too. Do think that this lithium orotate could benefit me too? My main problem seems to be too little stimulation in my brain.
