NO. Adrenal fatigue is one of the hallmarks of mercury toxicity. f*** doctors, don´t trust 90% of them. I´ve been to many. I´ve read during countless hours health boards. Good news for you girl I think we know what´s wrong with you. The best treatment is Andy Cutler Chelation. It is relatively cheap but is crucial to do support at the same time, adrenal and more. Get the book if you can, "Amalgam Illness" and look for Support Forums , the yahoo frequent dose chelation is good.

Yeah cortef sucks balls, I would look for alternatives. Natural/healthy alternatives.

Sublingual Melatonin from Douglas Labs works for me. I had hardcore insomnia too, some days I went to sleep when others were waking up (8 AM for example). My sleep is still the f***ing shit, but at least I sleep at the correct hours, it makes a difference.
