Hi everyone. I was taking 4 drops nascent Iodine in water along with SSKI for at least a year, two years ago. I stopped then, and only recently realized my hair was a lot thinner. It probably started 2 years ago. It used to be very full. I'm thinking it was the Iodine that made it so thick and full. I have very long strawberry blonde hair. So I re-started the iodine, 2 drops in water, topically this time, and didn't sleep all night. I suppose that means I should re-start with perhaps 1/2 drop or so? Thanks for any info.
