When i waterfasted my scars healed alot i cured my eczema and my Acne got alot better.
Now my plan is to dry fast
3 days 3days out
4days 4 days out
5 days 5 days out
Then start again 3 days 3days out
So far i can se my red scars are gone and the deep ones are starting to fill out.

I will post how it goes and stuff here :)
