One other thing I wanted to ask, my temps actually seem to be a bit high in the morning and sometimes throughout the day lately even though I'm still cold inside and have cold hands and feet. Any ideas? I have been trying to add cayenne to my daily supplements, but seems like I would be warmer with that all over, not just my temps.
