RJ, How are things lately? I went through very similiar symptoms as you. After 3 months of of natural cleansing I found out on my own (not thru my natropath) that Diatomaceous Earth Food Grade is working. It is releasing the old pieces by cutting them up. Google it, its totally natural, safe, does not interact w/ other remedies and does not kill good bacteria. Also you can de-worm your pets with this. In addition you can cleanse the house, bedding, bed bugs etc. Work up to 1 tablespoon a day. I started w/ 1 teaspoon at first. pieces are now coming out like crazy. The pain and bloating is getting better.
