You might want to consider doing a hair analysis and pay attention to the zinc/copper balance - one is estrogen based while the other is progesterone based. I prefer Trace Elements Inc. Both are neurological based.

If I remember right, Vitamin b6 is depleted while using birth control pills. See link below.

Utilizing a solid diet would be helpful as well.
