Hi I was a member years ago I don't remember my user/password so I am new again lol... anyway great article when using psyllium you must drink at least 8 oz of water or more otherwise you will have a problem. If you drink enough water you should not have a problem as mentioned above. If you do this correct you will experience several movements during the day this is my experience.
