Interesting OMO. In fact if I scracth or rub my skin it normally gets swollen and reddish, it is very peculiar and characteristic, for example when I get massages they always pinpoint it to me. This condition is called "Dermatographism" or "Dermatograhic urticaria"

In fact I am scratching my back as I speak and sure enough I notice the marks left by my nails before are now bumps.

I have many tell tale symptoms that the f***ing doctors cannot see or treat. f*** them.

No doubt all this is a sign of histamine problems or immune reactivity. I just wonder if it will go away once my thyroid and adrenals are healed or if it is more related to leaky/inflammed gut or undermethylation (I seem to have all of these, lucky me).
