This is so helpful. Thank you. I'm on day 3 of the Master-Cleanse and plan to do a 15 day cleanse. But I would like to start incorporating P&B to my cleanse starting day 11. Do you recommend that I stop the laxative tea along with the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and continue with the Master-Cleanse when I start on the P&B cleanse? Also, how long should I do the P&B cleanse with the Master-Cleanse lemonade? Or does my body tell me when it's empty of waste?? Thanks a lot!
