also stay away from collidal silver if you have morgellons you have a heavy metal over load as is. dont pick..makes it worse. stay away from collegon even ifyour hair falls out. if youre constipated dont take magnesium..all that silica or silicon whatever its called is what the spider web fibers are. im working on quitting smoking too. Hope that helps. this is a nightmare. I itch like crazy thank god its not contagious.
