Thank you again. My Triglycerides were 176 when tested in October not fasting. The Dr (http://drcalapai.net/) didn't want to do testing fasting because it wasn't as accurate. You fast, test, then eat and the number is completely different. That was his rationale

When I fasted in April and had a Cardio Ion Panel done were the following:
Total Cholesterol 205 mg/dL
HDL 57 mg/dL
LDL 138 mg/dL

Is cholesterol the only thing that you generally need to fast for?

As far as the DHEA. My DHEA Sulfate was 369 ug/dl in October (again, not fasting - relevant?). Should I still supplement? What are the best ways to naturally raise testosterone? I have a varicocele. I don't know if that is relevant.
