I found a combination to be good; internal for my hypo T, transdermal for FBD.

Only transdermal; yes it works, but you need to paint quite alot to get to the amounts we at the forum believe is needed.
To adress an Iodine deficiency, or ill health of different kind, caused by the other halogens, toxins etc.
