Reading the page Trapper put up, it's definitely .45mg, not 45mg. Notice the decimal point in front of the 45... That would make it 6mg, not 600. I have taken 300mg of Lugol's and it feels a bit much but 100mg in a glass 2X a day (while fighting a cold) seems ok. A little burning in the throat but just a little.
