I will also add something interesting about one of the supplements. When I would sweat after I started taking turmeric, I would smell like the spice which to me didn't smell good. I thought this would be a side effect that I would have to live with but after about two months the smell was completely gone. Perhaps the turmeric was removing toxins from my body through the skin pores? I have read that others had similar experiences while taking turmeric.
