First of all I never ever trust a government source, Lies and twisted truths.
Acidophilus is a great digestive aid. Vitamin C is a tooth's best friend. Four to six grams a day and maybe never have a cavity plus whiter teeth less plaque. Brush teeth with baking soda. Acidophilus lactobacillus, good bacteria, Stomach, vagina, bad bacteria stomach ache, colds, diseases etc. You sound like me, a researcher.
The two best searches I’ve done for health information is ‘doctoryourself.com', and ‘dr f r klenner’ who is my go to doctor, died 1984. In 40 years of practice, cured every disease he saw. Some of his cases were life saving tear jerkers. Also ‘dr thomas levy’ doctor and lawyer. Read those and you can graduate to 'doctoring your self’. If you like those send me a privet message. I am a disgustingly healthy 82 years old. Love my daughter, fifty and still beautiful and as a young girl, one hell of an athlete.
