If it wasn't for his book about natural cures they don't want you to know about, I would prolly still be on meds for migraines, sinus, ibs/gerd, ulcers, etc.
Not one of my doctors or the specialists discussed dietary changes ever. NONE of them. It was drug after drug after costly sometimes invasive procedures.

Thank you Mr. Trudeau. I followed the suggestions I found helpful and was immediately feeling better. Within months I was off many of the medications that did absolutely nothing.
