Can be vitamin deficiency and or to much refined sugar, Fastest cure is vitamin C, one gram per meal and multi vitamins, multi B and multi minerals. Good for hair, nails and stops colds and flu. Cut out all refined sugars, soft drinks, very toxic as are french fried junk foods, Good for all around health. Exercise, oxygen is medicinal as well toning the body.
