I am 52, I didn't have my period for 5 months straight, then it started for 7 days stopped for 4 days and started again. My periods are very heavy now, if I cough or laugh it just pours out. I have to use those big hospital Kotex. This is interfering with my work. My lower back and pelvic area are cramping. This has been going on 7 days now, should I wait or call my DR?
