11-24-2013: I'm new to this forum and this is my first post. I'm not sure how old this question is regarding Supplements for SFPN: My husband has SFPN and his rheumatologist prescribed Metanx (supplement). The literature that comes with Metanx says that there is scientific proof that after 5 months of taking Metanx there has been reported nerve regeneration. My husband has been taking it for approx. 3 months. It has to be prescribed by a physician.
