I have been dealing with an old building lately; scraping paint, dust off from 50-100 years ago, also black mold and all other fungus you can imagine. Paint from today, water based, paint spray too. Redoing of a magnificent building.

The only part of me exposed directly is the face; it is reactive; breaking out with burning flush, excema like dryness. No itch but some burning sensation.

I keep up the iodine, vit C, boron. What else to detox copper, cadmium, bismuth, lead etc ???
