I recently got the results of my hair test. It shows my mercury level to be 3.12 parts per million.

How bad is this level?

I have been led to believe at the hair test shows mostly organic mercury that is in the body due to diet ( I.e. fish consumption). I eat a lot of fish that I have caught from the Gulf of Mexico.

I also have five Amalgam fillings in my lower jaw. These need to be removed before chelation?

I did the quicksilver tri-test also and am awaiting the results.

I recently battled a candida overgrowth. I have no proof of this from a doc, just going by symptoms. Severe brain fog, herheimer reaction when I started taking antifunguls. Now feel much better after a month with no sugar.

Any thoughts/advice is appreciated.
