Fecal transplants, are now actually a US FDA approved treatment for C.Difficile intestinal infections.

This means it's just a matter of time before it's recognized as a treatment for other, or perhaps all intestinal infections.

Also, it's now being done in pill form.

So, as gross or weird as it sounds, it's actually becoming mainstream, and scientifically proven to work!
