I have had tumors which turned out to be cancer, in each lung.  First one was five+ years ago, second was about four years ago.  Had surgery in each lung - at different times.  First one they removed an entire lobe.  Next year or so in the other lung they removed a wedge.  Each lung is currently cancer free.

Keep in mind that marijuana/THC halts or even cures cancer.  I currently have multiple myeloma (bone marrow cancer) and take six drops of hemp oil with THC three times a day.  Have been on it for two and a half months and it is holding my multiple myeloma in check.  The oil needs to have THC in it (available in Canada and in states where marijuana is legal) and cannot be sold on the Internet so avoid Internet sales pitches.
