I did a month of Candex, cheap probiotics and a pure anti candida diet in December, it destroyed me, lowered my thyroid function and overall made me crash so hard with AF. Its taken me almost a year to recover from that, the same as my friend Hawksfan on here who entered AF from an anti-candida and detox protocol. ND's are the root cause to so many peoples problems. They are not doctors.

It also made me completely intolerant to Sugar and carbs, which I had no problem with before it.

I never got any die off from Candex at all!

I eat a balanced diet, which includes complex carbs, potatoes and some light sugars from apples etc, since I began doing that, and the CP, thats when my candida (if it ever was I am still in debate over 'candida') cleared up.
