Thank you. I eat coconut oil and flax pretty regularly, but I'm vegetarian so maybe I could still use more. Colloidal Silver and Iodine make me a little nervous, so I'll have to research them. I know real silver is amazing and safe, its just hard to trust manufacturers. Thanks for the input.
