I've had every standard test there is. I've been to tons of doctors as I said I haven't taken meds in weeks. The odds that this isnt parasitic is nearly 0. I have bad headaches and my back feels itchy. I feel like stuff is moving in my liver. My neck feels like something pulls on it now sometimes. So no this isn't a simple bile issue. I've even gotten abdominal scans and they found nothing.
