Sounds to me like you are doing it too much. If you didn't get any stones, then you probably didn't need to do a flush. You gave yourself a big dose of oil designed to cause a huge expulsion and you have nothing to expel. That would be enough to cause some discomfort. Do you think it is important to continue doing them, if you are not getting any results and it makes you feel bad?
