I just spent the last week consuming no fat at all to build up the bile in my liver and just last night I bought some organic sesame oil and followed the precise instructions by Hulda Clark e ( Epsom Salt and all). I mixed up the grapefruit and sesame seed oil, drank it down (which was DELICIOUS I might add) and went to bed. Had a restless night sleep and woke up feeling like death. I felt so nauseated and wanted to vomit. I did an enema to relieve myself and no stones at all. Keep in mind that I have done this Liver Flush about 25 times within the past year. I'm starting to think that it's either BS or I don't have any stones at all
