Why do you recommend taking small amounts if its such an amazing all around WHOLE sustainable food with everything ur body wants? If your refering to DIE OFF...and i can tolerate that...then no prob eh? Lost weight during it?...uhhh why is that? Its FULL of protein and fat. Makes no sense to me whats so ever mah friend.
