Nice update - you seem to be doing quite well in a short time. I started a few weeks before you and seem to be in a protracted funk. I have also experienced some similar improvements but, sleep is still an issue which, of course, impacts the healing process and my energy over the day. I wake up after about three hours and am wide awake for hours sometimes. Tryptophan, Gaba, melatonin (low dose), magnesium help some, but, while my sleep is deeper, it is still very inconsistent.
No good ideas about your gas, my bowels are quite loose most of the time.
