I'm 25 now and had p for the last 4 years never bothered me to much till I developed psa in my fingers and toes that sent me on a journey of experimenting with my body what I found works best for me is to stay away from vit c. My other triggers are too much food high in Sugar also fruits ands veggies high in vit c and coffee
