Buy bcaas from pure encapsulations, open the pill and put 4 drops of oil of oregano in it. Make sure to let out a little bit of the powder in the pills so the pill can be closed once u add the oregano oil. Close the pill let it sit 5 minutes then take it. This will allow the oil to pass the blood brain barrier and attack these things at the source worked for me amazingly. Just be careful not to overdo it start slow because you will have a die off.
