The one thing that I note is that if you are not getting it with the F-165, you may be using the wrong frequencies or you may not be holding the frequency long enough.

I think that some Rife frequencies may not be accurate, partly due to limitations of equipment accuracy and partly due to technique. There is also a variation between individuals that has to be considered.
