Hi there Iodine.fan and Jack1977 I just recently shifted up to 100 mg. It took me about 1 month to work up to that amount. Ironically I had the worst detox reactions at 6.25g. Thereafter moving up to the next dose was not that difficult.

My phlegm production is not that much i.e. I can easily clear my throat. My only worry is that the sore throat is not indicative of damage to the thyroid. Would be great if someone could give me some feedback on that ?
