Thanks for sharing your experience. like Iodine fan, what dose are you on? And like you i get big time phlegm. It's been 6 weeks ive been on 100-300 mgs daily pulse dosing 5-7 days on, 2 days off, and the phlegm production has gone down by about half. Hoping it will go away completely one day. I also get super emotional over the simplest things. For example the videos I saw on the philippines had me totally choked up. On the flip side, I dont get angry like i used to, I tend to let things roll of my shoulders and take things in stride. I am stressed, but I think Im handling it better.
