To adress this, more than Iodine needed IMO.

BUT, I really question this one;
Iodine 1.8 mg/kg
Selenium 0.8 mg/kg

That is a whole lot of selenium vs iodine. Should be micrograms of selenium, maybe they did a mistake.

He or she, other symptoms you have noticed.
