It works great. I have read that some brands have a high percentage of aluminum in the mineral content and it tends to constipate me. Those are the two reasons I do not take it daily. I am hoping there is someone with more information about the aluminum aspect of it, who can assure beyond dispute that there is no risk there, because it really helps with the big ones. Not sure how effective it is with blood parasites, however, and that is an important aspect of the work we are doing.
