Wish I had known too. It is not the sure for everything like some thing but boy when it works....it works.....

3g won't do much of anything. I take 10g a day and I think this is still mild. It has worked wonders for me.

Also for adrenal stress, Holy Basil has been a God send....sleeping better...not waking up with that awful "morning cortisol reaction", etc.....
