Hi thanks for posting. I bought a unit and the first thing I felt (10min) was light-headed 'buzz' like I guess a beer on a hot day. I also felt more limber; I'm a DIYer and sometimes think the 'back pain' etc, is from that but after a session it goes away; (I'm not stretching to adjust for tightness) It helps when I'm coming down with a cold, lessens the length and yeah energized - got up at 4am
