How long did you take levomisole? One dose? Levomisole paralyzes the worms and in one species induces spastic egg laying. Levamisole is a dangerous drug to take without having your white blood cell count monitored. One dose is not effective.

150 mg a day for 2 weeks.

The levomisole most likely disturbed the worms, giving the illusion of them scattering.

Again I do not recommend taking levomisole. Dangerous stuff.
