Interesting correlations Twinkl.

From what i've read of other's experience with MTHFR, it's very rare to read of people on a MTHFR protocol of methyfolate, B12 etc to suddenly experience a mast cell, allergy response.
The most noted adverse reactions are herx-type symptoms, due to the detox pathways of methylation being 'opened-up' again.

I'm +/+ MTHFR too and experienced herx symptoms. Had to really go low dose with the methylfolate.

Travel vaccines often cause symptoms in people, and i guess as they are designed to 'modulate' the immune response, in some, like with you, the immune response goes crazy and suddenly it's fighting everything, including foods normally tolerated.
