I put 3 drops Lugols 5% into one teaspoon of SCD yogourt à la Newport and applied as face mask. That was much too strong. One drop would be sufficient and make sure to wash it off after 15 minutes or so unless one wants a peeling effect (ask me how I know...) I think this could be great to use as a sterile bandage on hard to keep plasters area. The consistency turns like transparent plastic and tightens the tissues while being antiseptic if a thick layer is applied...

Some exploration on the subject could lead to more practical uses of iodine. I am thinking of women diseases where probiotics are needed. Some SCD yogourt again with Lugol added and maybe diluted to insert in canula as a home cure... some expert like you Ginagirl could come up with good stuff. Maybe I'm just a newbie and all of this has already been done.

Wouldn't use any other kind of yogourt though, don't want to add starches and gums where candida is already active.
