This past couple of days there was a cold snap in our area, and the wind was kicking up all kinds of dust! My lungs responded to the brisk air and breathing became labored. I knew just what I needed.

Lobelia is the best thing I've found to quickly build lung function. It's a mystery, but I'd say Lobelia inflata aka Indian Tobacco is as effective as steroids for me.
