Hmmm. Isn't it obvious? Do you think I underwent years of struggle without knowing what it is?

Anyway, the problem first started slowly, there was a lot of itchiness in the night and then day time it was less. I had no other option than to go to a doctor who tested and confirmed pinworms. You can do a lab test by putting a tape and observing it under microscope. The he prescribed some low dose tablets (not sure what it is). The problem went away for 2 months and returned.

Next time he prescribed piperzine citrate. With this the problem went away for about 3 months and then used to come back. I increased the dosage to such an extent that I had to take it continuously for 1 week in a month and then start it next month again.

The 2nd doctor prescribed albandazole - I forgot the dosage. This from the get go did not do anything. It stopped for probably a week and then subsequent dosages did not have any effect.

Another doctor prescribed mabandazole - Still the same problem.

Now I started looking at other options including ayurvedic. Ayurvedic tablets helped me but not much unless I went to this ayurvedic place and got the medicines. The reason I stored the medicine names is because I struggled so much. Of course as mentioned Neem helped me too.
