Also, after how much longer do I have to consider that I may be in tolerance withdrawal? I've been on 10mg for about a year, and had those ups and downs like I previously said, but God knows I felt SOOOOOOOOO much better than this in late August before I cut my dose 10%, although I still felt like complete crap then, and there was not much rhyme or reason for it.

Not really sure what to do here except wait?
