I have to mention I make my own SCD yogourt the way Newport has been posting. Then I strain it for 24 hours. It is this strained yogourt that I use as a cold cream (!) about one teaspoon is enough and I mix in 2 or 3 drops 5% Lugol's with my finger and apply on face. This is a luxurious feeling, I swear to God. I will keep it as a habit now.
As a bonus, one can still lick his/her finger.
