I've been wanting to get back on urine theraphy for a long time but I have been on several medication for about 18 months. I have managed to now come off all but one > Sertraline. I've whittled my way from 100mg per day to a 25mg every 3 days, I just cannot get past this final step because of the withdrawal symptoms (my doctor doesn't know, Ive weaned my way off myself).

Anyway, what do people know - do I need to be completely off all forms of pharmaceutical medicine? Could I drink my urine on the 2 days I do not take medication? If not, how long would I have to be clean of medication before it is safe to commence on to urine therapy?
