Hi Danny - I saw an allergist at Mayo, and he said that I didn't need allergy testing that I just had a food intolerance. It was a joke, and I was so frustrated with him and that appt. A 2 hour drive each way that was a waste of my time.

So I haven't had any testing done, but am going to fly from MN to Memphis to see an allergist on Dec. 2 that treats for mast cell disorder. He will probably do testing then, I assume.

It seems that I am able to tolerate colostrum and am taking a probiotic for the urinary tract. I was taking another probiotic but then I read that some of the strains in it could actually increase histamine. Apparently some bacteria increase and some decrease it.
