He basically told me that if taken long term they would raise my cortisol too high.

I really do not know about all that glandular stuff it is kind of a big grey area . I went trough hard times recently ... I feel I need more support but scared about dependency issues .

Do you still plan on doing Gupta ? What happened with that ... Every time I did it it helped a lot the only difficult thing is to keep motivation trough crash . Takes a huge discipline .

And to Sherpa . What is your experience with glandular ?
